At every stage, from the initial introduction, to finalising the specification of the project, we found Jay to be very helpful and approachable in establishing and understanding exactly how the build was to take place.
Jay gave us his ideas, from his own experience with previous projects, and recommended practical solutions to issues that we were undecided on.
The whole process of planning the start of the building works, to managing the day-to-day works was handled very professionally by Jay, who has a very hard –working team, always punctual, courteous; and always delivered what they had set out to do.

The building work was completed on schedule; despite the fact that additional repairs/modifications had to be factored into the timescale. The quality of workmanship has been excellent, and something also commented-upon by other trades people who we had commissioned for other services.
